Our practice is a state of the art facility with the latest in dental care. That means we meet or surpass all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We want you to feel comfortable and right at home when you come to or office.
Appointments
We take appointments by phone or email and have an open line of communication with you to help you with any problems that might arise. We can easily fit you in to Dr. Fiscella’s schedule if there is an emergency.
Financial
We accept cash. checks and credit cards and we have various forms of financing available to you. We can also work out a payment plan that is affordable to you.
We also offer 3rd party financing through Care Credit.
Insurance
We participate with the Delta Dental Premier/PPO Plan, and CIGNA-PPO PLAN ONLY.
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you.
If you participate with an out of network insurance company, we will submit the forms for you, but understand, you will be responsible for any unpaid balance the company doesn’t pay
Cancellation
We ask for 24-48 hours notice if you are unable to make an appointment. That way, we can use your timeslot for another patient. You may have to pay a cancellation fee if you miss an appointment without notice.
